WHAT'S HAPPENING

Islington Council is planning to redevelop the top part of Highbury Fields including demolishing the kids "bandstand" club and the Oasis café, possibly moving some tennis courts, landscaping the area and building a new modern centre that will provide better facilities. This is a long overdue change and it is important to get it right. To keep in touch with the plans as they emerge and voice your opinions on the changes, register with the Friends of Highbury Fields by sending an email to [email protected]
