Message to Club Members
​Hi to all you brilliant tennis players,

This may come as a surprise but I’m planning to take a short sabbatical from tennis coaching from 1st March to the end of April 2022.  

As many of you know, my wonderful husband Michael died in Jan 2020. During the first lockdown I returned to making pottery in my basement studio. I wanted to make a beautiful piece to hold his ashes. He always said - "just put me in the garden". I didn’t anticipate quite how rusty I would feel making in clay once more. Suffice to say - nothing I made was ‘right’ so this project is still outstanding and hence the need to carve out some uninterrupted time to return to the clay.  

I’m hoping that you will support each other and figure out a new system for tennis training.
